Carol Bracken

Carol Bracken has been in the travel business for over 20 years. She is a Leisure and Luxury Travel Specialist with a special focus on Europe. She is a Star Performer for Cruise Planners/AMEX Travel and is an AMEX Insider for Italy and Germany. Specializing in groups and group tours, partnering with Carol on your travel plans gives you a dedicated advisor to follow up on details, access to help during your trip, VIP service with hotels, dining reservations and local contacts for ground transportation. Carol has been on over 35 cruises and can advise you on the deep details of how to make your cruise vacation an outstanding experience. Carol's expertise in creating a quality travel adventure brings her repeat customers who discover an entirely new and informed way to get the most out of their vacation dollars. But it’s not just cruise travel where Carol excels-- she also arranges amazing custom excursions across the globe which bring rave reviews and eager referrals who hear about the excellent service and support that Carol delivers to all her travelers. Now to her Europe expertise- Carol was born in Germany and has the benefit of holding a dual passport for the US and Germany. With a German mother and a US Air Force dad, she was raised with the best of both worlds, and Europe experience seldom found in US travel providers. Carol and her husband, Kent, both have lived in Europe for over 10 years in Germany and Italy. Carol and her family are based in Plano, Texas but you can find her around the world on a regular basis.

Kent Bracken

Kent is co-owner of Travel Pro Studio, LLC and an experienced traveler and adventure enthusiast with a background in IT Project Management. Hiking, mountaineering, snow skiing, zip lining and RV'ing are some of Kent's top interests and always together with his amazing and talented co-owner and wife, Carol. 

Kent also has the advantage of having worked internationally in the IT consulting space for almost 10 years in Milan, Italy, Geneva, Switzerland, and Buenos Aires, Argentina, giving him commercial command of Italian, Spanish and some French.  This coupled with Carol's German upbringing gives us great interaction with European vendors.  

Finally, Kent's IT Consulting experience is becoming an advantage at the Travel Pro Studio, as our innovative travel consultants are being introduced to powerful new features in the Cruise Planners and Signature Travel IT environments.  

Bron Fore

Bron Fore is an enthusiastic traveler. He discovered cruising in 2003 and immediately became an avid fan. Since that time, he and his family have been on many cruises on Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, and Disney Cruise lines. He has traveled to Mexico, Bahamas, Caribbean, and Alaska. He has also traveled to over 35 states and many foreign countries (even places not accessible by a cruise ship). His passion for travel has led him to Cruise Planners to fulfill his dream of helping others plan their dream vacations. Bron Fore and his wife, Donna, are based in Houston. Bron was a widely experienced travel client of Carol's before he joined the Cruise Planners team. Bron's enthusiasm for travel quickly spreads to his clients and friends, and his experience with multiple cruise lines and proximity to the ocean makes him a valuable associate in the Cruise Planners team.
